I know I've done my job well when somebody stops me in the lunch line and tells me what they spilled because they were laughing. The group that has to fix the wet equipment doesn't laugh as much.

It's not that you can't manage all those. It's just really challenging because you have to remember the personalities of each one and how they interact. It's a juggling act and it's only a matter of time before you drop one of your balls (so to speak).
