FLV files do not open

I have version 1.3.10 beta installed on my desktop and it opens flv files like a champ, however file format is not recognized on my laptop with 1.3.10 beta nor 1.3.12.
Somebody knows why?

Does you laptop have ffMPEG installed?

Thanks for response. Somehow I did not get a notification about your reply...
Yes, I did install ffMPEG on the laptop even I do not think I ever installed it on my desktop
The thing is still not working for some reason...
People!!! Heeeelp!!!
It drives me crazy... really...

OK. I got it!
I went to Preferences->LIbraries and showed Audacity where the FFmpeg is, even though it told me that it located it automatically.
