The project looks fine as far as I can tell. Are you using 16-bit, 24-bit or 32-bit samples? That may make a difference.
Since you have reset your preferences, when you choose File > Export you should get a warning that the "tracks will be mixed down to a single mono channel in the exported file". Do you get this warning? Also, when to attempt to export to MP3 you should get a warning that 96000 Hz is not a supported sample rate for MP3 and an offer to resample the exported file. Do you get this warning as well?
What happens when you do Edit > Select All then Tracks > Mix and Render?

Except that tracks 2,3,4,5,6 and 7 appear to be silent. Is there supposed to be some audio on those tracks?
(No comment on the pan positions as they are not visible.)

Bill;
All of the above questions, yes, they happen.
The last one though; I did that, and it helped abundantly. When I convert it into an wma file, it works perfectly now. with the mp3, it's all there, but only on the right side.. I'm thinking the rest of the issue is with my version of LAME, or something of the like.
Thank you so much for all of your help!

Hmmm ... but didn't you say earlier that you had the same problem when exporting to AIF?
Anyway, mix and render works. Does this problem occur only with this project, or with any project containing multiple mono tracks?
