I HAVE A 70 MINUTE WAV FILE THAT I WANT TO TRACK SO I CAN BURN IT ON CD

After you get your music broken up into individual songs, open them up in iTunes. Create a playlist and drag your songs into the playlist. A playlist will let you arrange the order of songs. Then burn the playlist to a CD.
The burn dialog will let you tune the gap between songs and a few other tools. Do not put a blank CD in the Mac until iTunes tells you to.
