Recover unsaved audacity project
Anyone know how? I spent like 18 hours straight and it froze on me and shut down audacity and i cant recover it pleaaaaase help

This stresses the importance of having reliable back-ups. An exported WAV file of your original recording makes an excellent backup.
If Audacity does not automatically recovered the project when you restart, then your chances of recovery are slim, but see here for what little remaining hope there is: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/CrashRecovery
