How do i record tracks from YouTube

I have just downloaded Auticity 1.3. for Windows Vista, I have followed the insturctions up to Edit > Preference > Audacity Prefernces > tab Audio I/Q , and the playback device is set to MME Microsoft soundmopper, But on Recording devices it doesnt let me pick one. I have the recording channel on 1 mono and Software Playthrough off. And i cant record anthing, Will someone please help me x

Just to eliminate as many oddities as possible, I would reset Audacity Preferences to 44100, 16-bit, Stereo. Restart Audacity to make sure the settings stick.
Then, you need to mess about in the Windows Control Panels to route internet audio to Audacity -- or change it around so Audacity can reach it.
