Skins/Themes And Other Display Options For Version 1.3.6?

I found some posts regarding Themes and Skinning on the Forum, but I can't figure out how to download and load them for 1.3.6.
I like 1.3.6 because of the neat way the effects are listed together, as opposed to the old way of having to scroll down a long list of plugin options to load your effect. So I don't want to lose 1.3.6's functionality.
But I don't like the rather drab display. I know many disagree, because you don't want it to become "too colourful" -- well, I do

.
Caveat: I don't know how to develop themes/skins, so that's why I don't do them myself.

Here's the page in the Audacity manual about themes:

Note that Themes are only partially supported at present - there are plans to develop greater theme support in the future.

It is planned that this feature will return in future versions - I believe the developers are trying to work out a way of making it a Preference Option to use either method.

Thanks Steve!
A couple of questions:
Where can I download more themes? I couldn't find any sites on the Internet.
Also, the Wiki says to "Modify the image cache". Modify it to what?
Also, it says to "Load theme cache". But when I load it, nothing happens.
(Okay, that's THREE questions!)
Thanks.

When you click on "Save Theme Cache" Audacity will create a file called "ImageCach.png"
I'm not sure of the exact location on Windows, but Audacity should tell you when it has saved the file - I think it's something like:
Documents and Settings<user name>Application DataAudacityThemes
The file is a PNG image that can be edited in a graphics program (such as Gimp).
If you edit that file by changing the colours, then load it back into Audacity you should see that some of the theme colours in Audacity change.
Saving "individual files" is similar except that it creates a folder called "Components" and places a lot of little PNG graphic files in it.
There are a few themes scattered around the forum. I don't know of other places to get them - I expect that themes will become more common when it is implemented more fully.
