what audacity and setting up !

Hi to anyone out there could you please give me some advice !! firstly which audacity to download for windows vista and secondly how the hell do i set a laptop up to a 2 way mixer and 2 soundlab decks to record a mix !!!! pllllllllllllllllleeeeeease help !!!!!

You should find most of the information in the "Tutorials" (see link at top of page).
For Vista, use the latest 1.3 version, but read this before installing:
