can't seem to export to wav

I downloaded 1.3.7 today and I can't seem to export as a wav or mp3 file.When I bring down the menu from the extreme top left of the screen [ my button is in Spanish and says "archivos" ] I am given several ways to export but I don't see any way choose the format. The odd thing is that I was sure I saw how to do it earlier in the day. In fact I succeeded in exporting 1 file as ogg vorbis.

I think in 1.3.7, it's in two steps. The first step asks you if you want a "wav" format. After that, it presents you with another format screen and that's where you pick the sample rate, etc.
