I am not sure at this point if the problem I am having is due to Audacity 1.3.5 or Roxio Creator Classic 7

We record our church sermons with Audacity 1.3.5 and use the "Analyze/Regular Interval Label" option to split the tracks into 300 sec Tracks, then Export Multiple to 48khz WAV files.

We then burn CD's using the Roxio software above.

When I insert a Newly Burnt CD into a computer and open WMP it displays really OFF Album Name and CD Track Names. I am assuming it is checking the master database for CDs with that cd's serial or something. Then the tracks play Alphabetically with the perceived track names NOT Track01, Track02 etc.

I don't see a way to change the CD's Album name in Roxio's software, is it coming from Audacity or Roxio?

That's because Music CDs have no room for album name or much or anything else. They were so pushed for room when they designed the original music CD format, they stripped the audio of a lot of it's "extra" coding and deleted the song names and album name. The fact that you can get fourteen hours of MP3 shows on a CD now wasn't always true. They were struggling to get 80 minutes of clear audio on the first disks. Pardon me. The original ones were 75 minutes.

The computer playing the song is doing all this by itself. It compares the number of cuts and the length of each song to a master database and makes the best guess as to what the original performance must have been. Put this disk in a stand-alone CD player and it will say "Now Playing [1]."

This happens a lot. I once had a computer absolutely insist that my live personal music performance was by Steely Dan.

It's even weirder that when we cut the audio track from our video in Adobe Premiere and chop it up into un-even sized tracks and burn a CD that we don't get this false information.

If I am am getting the gist of what you are saying, it's because of the certain number of "300 second" tracks? Like 13 300 second tracks? If I make them 301 second tracks it might come up with a different name?

Try making one 301 and the others 300 and see what happens. I think you just happened to fall into one of the known music duration formats. It's startlingly good when it's working.
