I think I'm on the track of a Windows Oddity.
Everybody keeps insisting that if I right click on a sound file and select properties, Windows will tell me all about my sound file, similar to the QuickTime INFO panel on a Mac. You will excuse my blank look, but that doesn't happen in Windows 2000 and I'm reasonably sure it doesn't happen in Win98SE, either. The less said about Windows NT, the better, and I'm not going back to Win3.1. Which Windows' are y'all using?

Re: Right Click, Theme and Variations.
You may need to select "Advanced" in the properties. I can't remember off hand exactly the tab/buttons you need to select, but the information is there. This should work for Win98SE, XP and Vista - no idea about NT based OS's. (not certain about 98SE, it's been a long time since I used it, but I think it is there).
