Bug: ID3v2 in 1.3.6

During MP3 import-to-export, ID3v2 tags are lost if the files contain both ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags, leaving only the ID3v1 tags (which may be truncated). I noticed this after using MP3Tag, which writes both versions (ID3v1 and ID3v2.3 UTF-16) by default. If only ID3v2 tags are in MP3 files, they are conserved during import/export in Audacity 1.3.6.
