My Audacity won't open.

I don't know what happened, I was using it then I minimised it and now it won't pop up; it's stuck on the taskbar.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my computer but nothing seems to be working!
Please help. Thanks!

Search your machine for audacity.cfg and drag it to the trash. Restart your machine.

You may have a really badly damaged Audacity and that's why it's stuck. Go into Windows Add-Remove Programs and see if it will let you remove the program. Then download a fresh install and start over.

Audacity 1.3 and up keeps operating preferences in an audacity.cfg file. Audacity 1.2 kept that information in the Dreaded Windows Registry. They figured out pretty quick what a mistake that was. Any time you want Audacity 1.3 to start over at First Birthday, just destroy that file.

If you continue to have magic problems, time to look at your hard drive. Defragment recently? Error Check? How full is it?

If it's stuck on the taskbar (but I don't see how after you have rebooted) - then you could try right-clicking on he Audacity tab in the taskbar and selecting either Restore or Maximize.
