Problems when copying/pasting, extra audio added in

Post by UikriXII » Wed Apr 17, 2013 6:08 am

When copying and pasting to make repetitions of clips of audio, extra audio is added in. I tried fixing this by adding silence to the end of each end of the selection, but even then the actual audio gets stuff added onto the end. How do I prevent this or adjust to compensate?

You have posted in the Audacity 1.3.x (legacy version) section of the forum.
If you are using an old 1.3 version of Audacity, please upgrade to the current 2.0.3 version (available here: http://audacityteam.org/download/)

Actually, this post can be disregarded. I didn't know when I posted that the .zip of 2.0.3 allowed me to use the program even without admin privileges.
