I can't save a WAV or MP3 file

I can't save a WAV or MP3 file

I record a file from a cassette recorder with Audacity. But when I do: File> Export, some times I can't obtain a MP3 or a WAV file. I only get files without format. I'll be very gratefull if you can help me

Don't use dots in the file name.
Stick with normal letters, numbers.
