Could you try and make your images a bit smaller - it's difficult to view this topic with such big images in it.
Try playing one track at a time (use the "Solo" button) so that you can hear what is in each track.

The picture is much more clear thank you

When you view the forum page, if you click on an image that has scroll bars, the image will expand vertically to reveal the full image height.

I can see that track 1 and 2 are longer than the other tracks. Is that the problem?
Where did these tracks come from? Have you edited them? I don't understand what you are trying to say.

thank you for your reply.
process 1) yesterday:
file ac3 > I did extract 3 songs. ok. all went fine.
process 2) today. the same process but with larger (and very important) file.
file ac3 > I would like to do the same process as yesterday, but today it is was wrong. I am unable .
all my ac3 file come from the same recording (the recording playback fine!).
1) file TS
2) demux it with tsmuxergui
3) I become H264 (I delete this file) + AC3 dd 5.1
no editing process.
the SAME record as yesterday.
the SAME demuxing process, but today 2 tracks seems to be longer... (?!?) longer after demuxing doing the same process with tsmuxergui. these 2 longer tracks cause the audio's overlapping, I guess.
very odd:
the same TS file. the same process with demuxer. but different results.

I think the problem has more to do with the format conversions than it has to do with Audacity. These people will probably be able to help you better:

here the issue.
channel l,r are longer than other channels.
commercials has been broadcasted dolby 2.0
and the music in dd 5.1
the original file playbacks fine.
I guess that Audacity is considering the whole file ac3 6 channels instaed of 6 channels but 2 channels during the commercials.

That sounds right.
I don't think that Audacity has any way of knowing which parts should be 2 channel - Audacity will just see 6 audio streams.

thank you for your suggestion.
I resolved my problems with delaycut from doom9, it seems that the changes dd5.1/2.0 do not generate issues
