Can highlight/select only by seconds [SOLVED]

Hello

Somehow I can only scroll trough my audio tracks (left and right) by seconds. For example, if I want to delete a small portion of an audio track I wont be able to do it precisely since the highlighting is done by chunks of one second, or less. At first it wass less, now it's up to one second.

Wonder what I did to cause this.

Anyone knows how to fix it ?

Do you have "Snap-To" selected on the bottom of your window?
