2 can audacity record VIDEO calls from skype ?

Audacity 1.3.14 can run on Windows 7 64 bit.

Audacity is not a good application for recording from Skype as it is near impossible to get both sides of the conversation at a similar volume. Purpose made Skype recording software works very much better. The same applies for other voip applications.
Audacity cannot record video. Audacity is an audio application.
