I'm trying to edit audio and Audacity is allowing me only to edit in one second increments. I can't place my cursor in a desired location in order to do any editing. I tried uninstalling the version of audacity I was running 1.3.13. Once uninstalled I downloaded the most up to date version (1.3.14) thinking this would solve the problem, no luck. How do I disable this mode I seem to be in? Please help...

I'm running Windows 7.

Uncheck "Snap To" in the selection toolbar at the bottom left of the project window.
