Recording 2 inputs at the same time?

I want to record guitar and vocals simultaniously.
I have a fender G-DEC amp which has a USB out, and I have a mic which I can stick into my audio interface. The audio interface doesn't have a USB in so I can't stick the amp into it, so as far as the PC is concerned, it's TWO different inputs
Can audacity somehow record BOTH inputs? if not, can ANY software do it?

Right. And Audacity cannot record from two different inputs. You probably can't get Windows to switch to two different inputs at the same time, either.
You can make two USB microphones "look like" one by creating a third device called an Aggregate Device and record from that, but not one analog and one digital.
I don't know anybody who can do that. The shift between one microphone and two is a Big Deal. That's where you have to start shopping for mixers and higher end microphones. It's not a matter of buying a second microphone.

As Koz wrote, Audacity can only record from one device at a time.
If you have a stereo audio device that is can handle a guitar on one channel and a mic on the other (many USB sound cards can do this) then you can record the Guitar onto one channel of a stereo pair and the microphone onto the other, then split the stereo track in Audacity into two mono tracks.
Most multi-track audio editors that are able to use ASIO are able to record from more than one device at a time. I think you can do this with Reaper, Cubase and Sonar.
