Cancel out speakers?

Is there a way to cancel out the sound your speakers make while recording?

Example:
If I'm playing a game and recording myself giving commentary through Audacity, can the game's audio, which is being picked up by my mic from my speakers, be ignored and not recorded with my voice?

I've been looking around online for over an hour now, and I couldn't find any information on it. I would like to figure this out because I do playthroughs for YouTube, and I'm getting annoyed by having to wear headphones while recording.

No the sound cannot be cancelled out. You need to wear headphones.
