OK. In English. You want to play an itunes song currently on your computer into your headphones and sing along with it and record the mixture. Did I get that?
Yes, that's called overdubbing, but you can't do it directly from iTunes. You have to move the song into Audacity and then set up the Audacity overdubbing feature.
Let us know.

Have a look at
IceCast and
ShoutCast.
There is a comparison of these two radio servers here:

What you are asking for is "Live Assist" - a feature of radio broadcasting automation systems. Stations record their stingers then assign them to dedicated buttons on a touch screen. The problem is that they are also using a mixer - one channel for the voice, another (stereo) channel for the stingers. So the long answer is that you
can do this if you have a mixer, microphone and some audio playback device (such as an iPod or another computer) connected to the mixer that contains the stingers.
The short answer is that if you want to use iTunes (playing on the same computer as is being used to record the microphone) for your stingers then you will have to do post-production.
