I simply want to copy out a section of an mp3 and save it as a separate mp3. I have defined the selection using the selection toolbar by entering the time of the selection start and end, but copy is not available as an option. How can I use the selection toolbar to define the selection I want to copy , and then copy it? I've been trying this in different ways for 20 minutes - I suspect I am missing something simple.
Thanks in advance!

Make sure you are in Stop mode, not Pause mode.
