It looks like little segments of the sound are being dropped (skipped). This is not an uncommon problem, but unfortunately there are many reasons that this can happen. Basically, some part of the system cannot keep up with the required speed of getting sound from the turntable onto the hard drive. One of the most common causes is if the turntable is connected via a USB hub. Don't connect via a hub, the USB connection should be direct to the computer.
