Hello dear
I'm blind
i'm new using audacity
You know that most digital recorders don't have

the feature of resume recording after stopping it
I mean that it is most important for me to record

for some time and then stop recording , rewind

and listen to what i recorded,
and after that continue recording again
You know that normal cassettes do that
I found it only in sonar and q base
can I do it in audacity?
thank You so much

Audacity 1.3 has a tool that lets you start recording at the end of a performance at a later date. It's called Append Record.

Transport > Append Record, or Shift-R.

You can't pick the place where the recording starts. It will always start at the end of the last piece.
