So Steve, I downloaded the microsoft file suggested, ran the repair tab, and guess what.............it worked perfectly!! Runs fine now.

Thanks, polkat. It would help us to know what operating system you are on including Service Pack (right-click over Computer or My Computer > Properties).

I'm presently using Windows XP Home edition with SP3.

Thanks for the reply. All the cases I have seen so far have been with Windows XP SP2 or SP3.
