the LAME encoder has been detected and installed in Audacity when I want to save my audio to MP3, THERE'S NO OPTION!

Any help?

In Audacity 1.3.x the Export options have been moved into the Export Dialogue screen. See here: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/File_Export_Dialog
