Setup:

2 x reloop RMP-3a
1 x reloop RMX 40 DSP

The Reloop RMX is connected with a white and red tulip into my line-in of my Soundblaster Audigy. Before i formatted my pc everything was ok. But when i try to record a set of me and i play it back, it has a low volume sound. I have to open up my volume button almost all wide open. Before the formatting everything was ok.

Anyone has any ideas?

Check that your Soundblaster drivers are fully updated for your operating system. The most up to date drivers should be available from the Creative web site. Also check the Sound settings in the Windows Control Panel.

Hi thanks for answer,

I have the latest drivers (2009) according to Creative. Also played a lot with sound settings, but nothing changes. `The only thing i can do is using the build in Amplifier in Audacity to boost it with -1. But that is not what i want :(

Follow the "signal chain" (the path that the audio signal takes) from the source of the sound, through all of the equipment through to Audacity and check the levels at each stage.
