I´ve noticed that changded parameters dont reset automaticly like when you start a new project or restart the program.
Is there anything written about this?

Most of the effects have parameters that reset on restarting Audacity.
"Preferences" are intended to persist so that you don't need to set them to the way that you prefer each time you use Audacity (as is the case with almost all other software).
Which settings in particular do you mean?

To me it seemed that when I restarted the program using a microphone and checked the "withhearing" opt. at the mic. icon the sound started to echo in realtime.
I used the echo in my former project.Later on after restarting again it was gone.
I really dont know what happened:),- is it possible to apply effects in realtime and withhearing in this program?

When you say "withhearing" do you mean the "Software Playthrough" option in the Transport menu?
Audacity does not do real time effects. If you are getting real time effects they are coming from somewhere else, not Audacity.

Yeah. software playthrough (I´ve got a Swedish interface). I think I understand the thing now. It was the realtime delay and high mic.vol. that caused the eco. Sorry to bather you.
