Metadata editor

When I use the Metadata-editor it displays always first the artist name and project of a previously handled project.
I would prefer an empty field, or better repeat in that case the data that I enter on the first track.

Audacity handles one set of metadata per project.
If you just remove the tracks from a project, the metadata will remain because it is still the same project (useful if you are making multiple recordings and want the same metadata for each recording).
If you start a new project (File menu > New, or restart Audacity) then the metadata should be empty.

I just started a new project (File - New) and then opened the Metadata editor.
But it showed up again with the project info from the project I did yesterday.
So this seems to be a problem in this version. (I'm using 1.3.13)

It's definitely not doing that on my machine, but I'm currently using Audacity 1.3.14 on Linux (though as far as I'm aware this issue should not be platform dependent).
Which version of Windows are you using? If I can't test it I'll see if I can get someone else to test.
