For Instance if i was to cut a bit of an audio out and then put another bit in not from that audio it sounds really weird to start with because it is different beats etc.

Is there anyway to disguise that kinda such as something like it fades out of one song then onto another or something?

Any other help would be very useful in any part of Audacity seeing as this is my first time using it.

If you import two different sound tracks into Audacity, they will arrive on two different timelines one above the other. You can then use the Time Shift Tool (sideways black arrows) to force one of them later than the other. You can then use the Envelope Tool (white arrows and bent blue line) to fade each track in and out as you want. If you pay attention, you can cause your existing track to fade out and the second track to fade in such that the disturbance is less noticeable.

You can also try the "Change" Effects tools to stretch the second track so it fits better -- Change Tempo, etc.
