Acoustic guitar thru a mike. !.3 beta. Record a guitar trak, then would like to add a little reverb. What Gverb settings would you start out with? I cannot seem to get this to work well.

There is a guide to using GVerb here: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/GVerb

I would recommend using the "Duplicate and mix together" method.

One thing I've noticed in Gverb is that if you don't have much Dry Signal Level, it sounds pretty bad. Try setting the dry level about 4/5ths up, the wet signal about half way or less, and all the timing silders within the first 1/3rd range. This works pretty good with my acoustic Yamaha. Trim to taste.

The "Duplicate and mix together" method described on the wiki makes adjusting the mix of wet (processed) and dry (original) signal much easier as you can adjust it while it is playing.
