Strange behaviour with J key

When trying to enter labels, I found that I could not type the J key. It was eaten by the part of the window that did something else. Other keys would work. Apparently focus on the label entry does not trap all keys, under all conditions. Again, this is not consistent. Sometimes it works, and for some reason, sometimes it doesn't.

Check that you have the latest version of Audacity (1.3.13)
You will find the full version number in "Help > About Audacity".
If you have an older version you can download 1.3.13 from here:
http://audacityteam.org/download/
Just install 1.3.13 over the top of your current version.

This bug is in the 1.3.13 Release Notes and is being tracked on Bugzilla:
http://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40
Undoing delete with CTRL + Z seems to be a reproducible cause. Please let us know if you find any other ways of consistently making the bug happen.
If you click Edit > Preferences: Keyboard, you can change the shortcuts for "Move Cursor to Track Start", "Move Cursor to Track End", "Select Track Start to Cursor" and "Select Cursor to Track End" to something else (or clear them) to stop it happening.
