Will all the plug-ins work with 1.3 Beta?
The Download page lists a number of possible plug-ins. Do they work with 1.3 Beta?

Not all of the "set of over 90 LADSPA plug-ins" work in Audacity (any version) as some of the plug-ins in this set are intended to be used with other audio software. However all the ones that worked in previous versions of Audacity (which is most of them) still work in 1.3.13
Not all VST plug-ins are supported, though VST support is much better in 1.3.13 than it was in 1.2.x
In particular, VSTi (instruments) are not supported. Any MIDI features that a VST might have are not currently supported. See the VST plug-in page on the wiki for more information: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/VST_Plug-ins
