How to find loop points?

Hi,
I was searching information, how to find loop points using Audacity, but i didn't find any tutorials. Can someone tell me how I can do it? For example: I have 1 mp3 file, and I need to split this 1 file into 3 parts. But I need to split them in the right place (into the loop points), so I can use all this 3 parts like they were a separate (standalone) music tracks.
Here is 1 of 12 mp3's I need to work with - http://www63.zippyshare.com/v/41334979/file.html
Could someone teach me and explain the whole process of finding loop moments, using the file that i've posted above? Thanks in advance, and sorry for my english
