Hi
I have a small track that loops perfectly, and what I want to do is play the track looped, and then record my guitar over top. Is there a way to do this? I've tried to export loop as a wave and then play back looped in wmp, but there is a pause in the loop.
Thanks

Re: Recording with looped track
How many times do you want it to loop? 30, 40, 50, 100?
With the loop in Audacity, select it, then from the Effect menu click on "Repeat".
Type in more-than-enough repeats (you can delete any excess later).

Thanks Steve, That works perfectly, I don't really have a set number of loops, just jamming on an idea.
