ok first i wanna say hi to all.....so now thats been done i need some help. i connected my e drum to the pc and want to record with audacity but i cant get no sound from my e drum to the pc??? what could cause this?

I got a Medeli dd 506 ( is sold under other names too but indicator says dd 506
It connected to my pc with windows xp through USB...

USB connection
the USB connector allows you to connect the module directly to
your computer. It can be connected without driver installation
under the Windows XP & MAC OSX environment. The module
will be recognized as 'USB Audio device' to receive and transmit
MIDI messages through a single USB cable, USB is used only
for MIDI messages(MIDI via USB).
MIDI is not audio.
To record the drums in Audacity you need to connect one of the audio outputs from the DD506 into the "Line Input" of your sound card.
