Interesting audio/recording issue

Post by Dabiggcrunk » Wed Sep 28, 2011 4:29 pm

I really need some assistance the other day I was recording and everything was running smoothly. I finished the first verse and began working on my ad-lib. It was a freestyle but I threw some effects on the track. Then I got an Idea to another adlib with the effects for personality hit the record button, nothing happened. Usually when I hit record the music begins playing and the microphone begins recording. But when I do it now the mic is recording but the music is no longer playing. The don't work together anymore. I want to know if there is a way to solve this problem. I have a ready uninstalled and re installed I had 1.26 that's when the problem began. Then I got the beta and the same thing happend.

Look in the Transport menu.
Is "Overdub" enabled (selected)? (it needs to be).
