Hello everyone,
I have been researching this issue for days, trying different solutions, but sadly... I have not found a fix!
I recently reformatted my Windows XP (cleared the hard drive and reinstalled the OS). I then installed all the drivers and software I previously had, including the latest Audacity and Antares Autotune. I went through the same process I did the first time.
I installed Audacity first
Installed Antares Autotune
Went to C:Program FilesAntares Autotune and copied the VST plug-in titled "AutoTuneVST.dll" into the "Plug-Ins" folder located in C:Program FilesAudacity 1.3 Beta (Unicode)
But when I opened up Audacity and looked under the effects menu, there was no Antares Autotune option! I know it can work because I had it properly functioning on my PC prior to the reformat.
What am I doing wrong? Has anyone had this problem? It is driving me crazy! I need Autotune cuz I really cannot sing that well!
If anyone has a solution, pleaseeeee help me out!
Antares Autotune not working after reformat?

Audacity 1.3.x is now obsolete. Please use the current Audacity 2.1.x version.
The final version of Audacity for Windows 98/ME is the legacy 2.0.0 version.

Did you tell Audacity to rescan for VSTs?
