Make my audio book chapters 'skippable' ?

Hello all :)

I am a newbie, learning the ropes (and enjoying the process!)

I have recorded an audio book and I want to make it easy for my listeners to skip to any particular chapter easily.

I believe I need to mix and render it all into one track and then... ?

Can anyone point me to a tutorial / info that can help me to mark out the chapters, please?
