For Windows, Audacity is usually installed in
C:Program FilesAudacity 1.3 Beta (Unicode)
This should have a sub-directory called "Plug-ins". Extract the .dll files into that Plug-ins folder. I'm not sure about Win 7, but earlier versions of Windows had a habit of creating a new sub folder when they extracted a ZIP archive, so probably the easiest way to get the extracted files into the correct place will be to temporarily extract the files somewhere convenient (for example into a folder in My Documents) and then copy and paste the files into C:Program FilesAudacity 1.3 Beta (Unicode)Plug-ins.
Don't forget to tell Audacity to rescan for VSTs and restart Audacity.
According to the information
here
"Antares AutoTune Evo - Mostly works with 1.3 beta. Automatic pitch correction works, but to be able to draw pitch curves clock must be set to "internal" and not "host". "
