Mass encoding

Is it possible to set audacity to take multiple project files and export each one in OGG? As opposed to having to go file by file and export each one individually, can i set audacity to do this overnight or over the course of a few hours?

No Audacity can't do that.
It is recommended that you Export your final mix when the project is complete, then you don't end up with hundreds of Projects. Audacity Projects are not are good format for long term storage. They are designed as a working format rather than an archiving format.
