So i'm trying to get the G-Snap Auto Tune to mess around with it... I have the file downloaded and all. But when I click on "Rescan for VST Effects", it won't save that preference, so it won't do that...
Any suggestions?

You don't need to save that setting. Just select "Rescan for VST Effects" and restart Audacity.
If GSnap does not appear in the Effect menu after the restart, check that you have 1) Extracted the .DLL file and not just tried to use a ZIP file. 2) That you have put the .DLL file in the right location.
