Hi guys!
I have a problem!
I cannot select less of 1 second on every mine project!
How i could solve it?!

And i was check it.. but this toolbar was at the bottom of the window and i didn't saw it!

It's a common mistake, but we don't know how or why so many people manage to enable "Snap To" without realising. "Snap To" is off by default.

Strange! Maybe that for the ENG version is so... i've the ITA one... and it was enable by default! :-

I doubt that. but why not try it? Exit Audacity, reset your preferences by editing audacity.cfg down to "NewPrefsInitialized=1" as described
here, then restart Audacity and look at the SnapTo box.

Anyway strange... I didn't remember to set/to flag that option..
