Can use with C# application

hello ,
am newbie to audacity. Does audacity provide sdk that i can use with my c# appllication. Am having a file which is a recorded voice from a telephony board. but am unable to play in normal players. Using audacity Import Raw Data option am able to play the audio. So i want to convert my files from the raw data to wav files.
