Audacity Forum

This program worked great for me, and it was easy to use. Now i have no need for it though, so i want to uninstall to save space on my computer. i get this when i try to uninstall>>> File "C:Program Files (x86)Audacity1.3 Beta (Unicode)unins000.dat" does not exist. Cannot uninstall. >>> I dont understand because i can still use this program fine, but why cant i uninstall and how can i fix this problem?

Go to "C:Program Files (x86)" and look for the folder "Audacity1.3 Beta (Unicode)".
Delete the entire folder.
This will leave a small amount of data in your profile. If you want to delete that also, go to:
"Users<user name>AppDataRoaming"
and delete the "Audacity" folder.
