Removing tracks and noise

Is there a way I can remove tracks from a song (drums bass, vocals) if import them from a MP3 to Audacity?
Also when I slow down the tempo on songs that are imported. I'm getting weird noise (kind of like tremelo added to the song) How do I get rid of that?

It's not unusual for people to post wanting to "recut" a song. There's only one tool that can help and that's Vocal Removal. It fails most of the time and even when it succeeds, the only thing it produces is a mono music track without the lead singer. Most of the time, it doesn't work right.
So no, there's no good way to separate a song into different instruments and singers. When the grownups do this, they start with the studio master tapes where, in general, each instrument is already on separate tracks.
There's a hidden problem to doing this, too. You can't recompress MP3 music. Even if everything else worked just fine, you can't make a new MP3 without it sounding bubbly, gargly and honky. MP3 recompression is a big problem.
