Audacity 1.3.x is now obsolete. Please use the current Audacity 2.1.x version.

The final version of Audacity for Windows 98/ME is the legacy 2.0.0 version.

That is not Audacity. You have installed some other program.
If you are using Windows 2000 or XP or Vista or Windows 7, then download "Audacity 1.3.13 installer (.exe file, 13.8 MB)" from this page: http://audacityteam.org/download/beta_windows

if we say we do not have a voice watermark, we mean it.

Go to the Windows Control Panel and uninstall all the versions of "Audacity" that are listed.

Then download and install http://audacity.googlecode.com/files/au ... 1.3.13.exe if you are on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 or http://audacity.googlecode.com/files/au ... 1.3.13.exe if you are on Windows 98/ME.

It may be a good idea to also run a thorough malware (anti-virus / anti-spyware / ...) scan also. Someone has gone to some trouble to create that fake.
