Basically I was recording some game footage and the way I recorded it was to record the game music and my voice at the same time. However with much of the later parts the game volume has been far much louder than my voice and as I recorded both for the one video file it means I only have one audio track of the music and my voice together.

Is there a way to edit the audio I have to perhaps lower the game volume or increase the volume of my voice? I've tried looking around and messing around with it myself on Audacity but I am not having much luck, even though even if there isn't a definite way to do it are there any ways that may help? Any help would be appreciated.

Now you know why the grownups record everything on two separate tracks and mix down later. No, especially if there was an announcer in the game and you were talking over them. If you recorded the game in Stereo and you laid your voice down in mono, you might be able to use the vocal removal tools to pull your voice out. But there is no good way to save your voice after you do that, so you'll be performing the new voice live.
