I have a 3 hour audio edit I'm currently working on - with multiple tracks...
After rendering a noise removal to the first and second track...the noise removal was successful but now Audacity won't let me select sections of the audio.
It seems like there's a pattern where it won't let me select the audio - every .25 seconds or so maybe. In other words, it just won't allow me to place the cursor at certain locations/intervals and select whatever portion I want to select....
I thought it was just a temp glitch so I closed out of Audacity and opened back up - but same problem. I exported the audio and re-imported back into a new project and same problem.
I re-rendered the audio with RealPlayer and also with Adobe Premier Pro - but same issues. I opened up the same export in Adobe SoundBooth and the problem is gone so it's def. an issue with Audacity...but that wasn't much of a surprise.
I haven't worked with SoundBooth before...that's why I want to fix the current problem with Audacity.
I need to figure this out immediately - it's extremely urgent...
If there aren't any solutions....I think I'll have to re-record the audio...and render...then import back in....
